Education

 

I attended University of Southern Indiana where I graduated in 2004 with my associates degree and 2005 with my bachelors degree in nursing. I worked as a student nurse at Deaconess hospital and then took a full-time job at Deaconess. My hosptial nursing experience was on the medical-surgical unit. In 2004, I decided to take a job closer to home and was hired at Egyptian Health Department as a public health nurse. I worked there for 9 years before being hired as part-time school Nurse for NCOE school district in 2013.

 

Biography

 

My husband, Matthew, and I were married in 2004 and live here in Enfield, IL with our two daughters, Mattie and Macie. Mattie is currently 8 years old and Macie is 4 years old. We are currently in the process of adopting and waiting for our referral for our child in Bulgaria. We have been waiting since March 2012 and believe me the wait has been hard at times!  We know it will all be worth it in the end though. We attend Enfield Christian Church and are active with the youth there as well as I play the piano.  My hobbies include playing the piano, shopping, being outside, activities with our girls, and most of all being with friends and family.
